• Our customer contact center will try to provide telephonic support to our customer if needed. The contact centre also monitors status of all customer calls right till closure.

1. WARRANTY SERVICES
Anytime during the warranty period, if our products require any service, we will be there to ensure that you are ready to resume your work as soon as possible.
2. ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACTS
For customers whose warranty period is over, they have an option of signing up for an Annual Maintenance Contract with option of AMC without spares. These can subsequently be renewed every year.
3. ON – CALL – SERVICES
For customer whose warranty period is over, neither has opted for Annual Maintenance Contract. We will render services on chargeable basis –[Call Charges + Spares Cost]
4. TRAINING & INSTALLATION
We render user training support to our customers. We also conduct installations for customers on chargeable basis.
